Asiasoft has recently announced that its new mobile RPG Pocket MapleStory is going to be launched in Southeast Asia countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines. The game will be published through Asiasoft’s games platform, and will be available for both iOS and Android devices. Pocket MapleStory will feature 3 popular classes from the franchise, the Demon Slayer, Dual Blade and Angelic Buster at launch, with more characters lined up for release in the future. Of course players will also meet their favorite NPCs, monsters and pets from the original adventure.

Campfire Games has finally announced the launch of their Kickstarter for the American Civil War FPS game, War of Rights.

War of Rights is a multiplayer game set around the tumultuous period of the American Civil War, during the Maryland Campaign of September 1862. Campfire Games is devoted to presenting the gruesome and glorious elements of the period, while maintaining the highest level of historical accuracy and realism as possible thanks to the wonders of CRYENGINE.

Recently ,Wadjet Eye has announced that Shardlight will be arriving on PC first in spring of next year, with the mobile versions releasing later in 2016.

Shardlight is a game based on a world after the fall of catastrophic bombs with disease, hunger and death remaining. Amy Wellard, a young woman used to work for the government to qualify for the vaccine lottery, devoted her life to finding a cure.

Recently, it has been confirmed that Black Desert Online will be launching its alpha test in Europe and North America relatively soon. The exact schedule hasn’t been unveiled, but the Korean publisher Daum will publish the game in the west by themselves.

Word is out that Monster Hunter Online, the 3D action MMORPG developed by Tencent and CAPCOM, will be launching a no-wipe test this year in China. More details regarding the launch will be revealed in TGC 2015(Tencent Games Carnival 2015). It is no doubt a great news for all the fans of Monster Hunter series and before the no-wipe test, there will also be a big pre-test starting on Oct. 12th. In this pre-test, players can experience various new contents including a brand new game interface, hunting map, quest lines and some new game modes. What’s more, the players who participate in the pre-test will be qualified to the no-wipe test and get some special bonus.

Camelot Unchained has recently undergone an update which is claimed to be a huge one that contains some great information about the latest class to be revealed, the Archers. It is said that Archers come in three forms, each with its own set of unique abilities: Winter’s Shadow, Forest Stalker and Blackguard.

First, the votes are in, and the winner is F, the Archer Trio. Archers are one of the more difficult trios, in terms of conveying how they are going to be effective in the game, while sticking to our plan of having non-mirrored classes. At a minimum, we are using differences in the type of ammunition, power of bows, camouflage abilities, and other factors to differentiate them, but we are also using some major differences in playstyles. If you look at the class descriptions here, you will see that the Viking Archer is not just a long-range damage dealer, but also an adept skirmisher. The Arthurians may have, in some ways, the most powerful bows, but the Tuatha Dé Danann archers have a strong crowd control element in their quivers, as well as the ability to call on their trees to aid them in both combat and with ammo. Pretty cool, eh? As per above, and as always, these Archers are truly non-mirrored classes.

The Fortnite team has called all alpha testers to check into the game this weekend to get a first-time look at PvP. Players will get a chance to try out the Weather the Storm mode on Saturday which is on the 10th of October from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm Pacific / 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm Eastern.

This weekend we’re holding our first ever PVP test for Fortnite. It’s an early, experimental PVP prototype mode called Weather the Storm. It’s unbalanced and there will be bugs, but we think there’s potential for PVP in Fortnite and we want to give you an opportunity to bang on the build so we can learn more about what a fun, future Fortnite PVP experience might look like.

WEBZEN has announced today that the upcoming Asian fantasy MMORPG ASTA – The War of Tears and Winds will begin a public initial beta test in November , this year.Access to the initial beta test will not be restricted, and starting from 3rd November 2015, all players with an active webzen account will be able to check out this new addition for the first time. The initial beta test is scheduled to last for roughly one month and will provide players with a first look at the game’s settings and features, while also doubling as a server stress test and general check-up. Upon its conclusion, player progress and characters will be wiped. Once the official open beta begins, all participants of the initial beta test will receive a special thank-you gift.
