Bro you didn't read the other Help thread.
There are 4 VS C++ 2008 Runtimes required for Visual Studio 2008 SP 1.

Here's what I wrote there:
You do not have all of the required Runtimes for Visual Studio C++ 2008 (both x86 and x64 in both standard and Service Pack 1).
c++ 2008 runtime x64
c++ 2008 runtime x64 sp1
c++ 2008 runtime x86
c++ 2008 runtime x86 sp1
Install all 4 and make sure you've ran your Windows Update.

The 2 oldest (1 each x64 and x86) are not as important as the 2 newer versions of each.
This is what my installed VS C++ 2008 Runtimes look like.

1. English, post the details in English.
2. You did not follow the Video Tutorial.
It specifically said to Run the ZoneServer folders, Install.bat file 1 time, and then the Start.bat file 1 time.
Not a console window.
That is your issue. Please do Not post a help question about something already covered.
Take the time to validate you followed the video.

The Release with the Video = 100% into the game if you have the Required software.
