Over the past few weeks, Black Desert Online has been having disconnection issues which had let to a heap of complaints. Thankfully, the Black Desert Online team had just made an announcement letting players know that the issue has been resolved!
Kakao acknowledges player discontent regarding the now-resolved issue and its wish for compensation for “losses and disruption” during the weeks the issue has plagued servers. “We can confirm that we will be providing this, and details will soon follow”, the post reads.
“We are deeply sorry that this whole incident occurred and took so long to resolve. We ensure you that we will commit to swiftly solving future problems so that all of our players can enjoy a smoother experience.” it continues.
