When the 9.20 update is deployed, World of Tanks players will be able to begin taking part in the new 30 vs 30 Grand Battles. As part of the Grand Battles, a new map called Nebelburg (1.4 km x 1.4 km) will be added for fierce Tier X battles on a huge scale. In addition to Grand Battles, Chinese tank destroyers will be brought online as well as several significant combat parameter updates across American, French, Japanese, Soviet and French vehicles.
This exciting new mode is the domain of Tier X tanks only, which means the spoils of war that come with the territory increases. It’s also where players can earn Bonds, a new in-game currency that can be spent on Directives or Improved Equipment to supercharge their experience.
