Gloria Victis has recently received a combat overhaul – Update v. 0.7.1.0.2 – Steam Patch 63 has further refined the newly overhauled combat system and Black Eye Games have released a new combat trailer showcasing the recently added new features, including the recent Wold Expansion:
The combat update features motion-capture animations made by Jakub Kisiel – best known from his work (The Witcher 3, Gears of War) and a reworked controller and synchronization, new combat mechanics, directional blocking, charge mechanics, water combat and the ability to shield strike and to place a shield on your back.
