Frontier Developments has announced that Elite: Dangerous will be released for PlayStation 4 on June 27th. The game will be available in both a physical retail edition and digital download. Players can get hold of the Horizons season pass as a stand alone product or as part of the Commander Deluxe Edition that comes with a special paint pack. Preodering from the PlayStation Store also will allow players to gain access to the Gold Sidewinder ship motif. Preorders are open in Europe, while US customers will need to wait until May 30th.
