The developers at Infestation: The New Z have released a new announcement on the 23rd of February regarding the private EU servers issues experienced by players that rented servers in the past weeks: ”Players that pay money to rent those servers and then can’t use them properly was never supposed to happen and is definitely something we never wanted to happen either (and) we really understand the situation for those players and we will always do everything that’s necessary to compensate in any way for what ever got lost”. The developers have stated that the issues started on the 14th of February  due to high demand following an upgrade and a decision to increase the number of rent-able servers and that they have made an initial compensation to server owners on the 17th of February of 1000 GC since serve costs per day are around 300 GC; in addition at the time of the announcement the developers stated that the server issues had been fixed and a further compensation is to be made of 2000 GC to everyone that owned EU servers in this period of time: ”We are truly sorry for the troubles you have experienced (and) we want to thank you for your patience during this period”.
