If you enjoy 2d retro platform games, then “Sir! I’d Like to Report a Bug!” is going to be for you. It’s free to download and play on Android, you can get it free from the Google store. Lord Puggington Games, a small indie company of just 3 members, is the team behind Sir! I’d Like To Report A Bug!

It’s a comical 2D platforming game about the most unlikely of heroes and his noble battle to save the world from invading bugs and glitches. You play as the hero Reggie, a QA Tester. Reggie has recently been helping with the development of some top secret virtual reality hardware which has caused tonnes of bugs and glitches to escape into and ruin his world. With the amazing powers of running away and jumping, our new saviour must make his way to and from work. Try not to die on the way and report the problems with the world.

The game is themed and styled around old retro games with pixel art visuals and a chip tune soundtrack, it also shares the difficulty of older games, making it a challenging mobile experience for all players.

Sir! I’d Like To Report A Bug! is using a new form of monetization which has been dubbed “Post-Crowdfunding”. Players can download and play the game for free, and then if they wish donate a set amount of money. This donated money is then pooled together and checked against pre-determined targets and goals, if one of the goals are met then additional content is released for free to all players.
