Archive Entertainment has announced the addition of the PvP update to the ever growing 8BitMMO, available free to play now. 8BitMMO is an indie construction sandbox game with over 50,000 registered players where users can build houses, castles, even entire cities in a retro-style mmo world.
This update enables Player vs Player gameplay, rewarding users for engaging in combat in specified arenas. As the world is 100% player-built, any player can create a PvP arena. You can mark your arena for simple PvP gameplay or for a more advanced ‘Bounty’ game mode in which players compete for the highest consecutive kill count. Alternatively, you can build your own Dungeon areas, which will allow for Player vs Environment game play if that’s what you would prefer.
